President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame yesterday hosted a US Congressional delegation led by Robert Goodlatte, the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, to a Luncheon at Village Urugwiro in Kigali. The delegation is composed of members of various congressional committees, namely the judiciary, science, space and technology, budget, ways and means, foreign affairs and appropriations.
