Sean Connery, the James Bond actor passes away at 90

Famous Hollywood actor Sir Thomas Sean Connery passed away on Saturday. He was 90. Sean Connery is credited with giving a definite shape to the famous detective James Bond on silver screen. He was also very popular for his distinct Scottish accent.

He won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards, and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award.


Although he is very popular for his James Bond movies, he established himself as a serious actor in action, comedy and romantic genres too. The Rock, The Untouchables, The Name of The Rose are a few of his famous movies.
