Local artistes fill Ice Prince’s shoes at FESPAD Jungle Party
On Friday night, the FESPAD carnival headed to the East (Lake Kivu Serena Resort), which traditionally plays host to the highly-billed beach parties. The party, which drew revellers from across the region, started early (9:00pm) and ended late (3:00am).
