I was happy to see how HE President Paul Kagame confronted local leaders during his last visit in the Eastern Province, on how they fail to tackle simple problems and spend time sitting in their offices as if they have nothing to do!
Another important point was that the population was also reminded that they have a role to play or choose to die of hunger and related causes.
Rwandans should understand that development comes as a coordination of a number of efforts and each person has a role to play and not just to blame others.
However, those who do not pull their weight should be sacked and brought to book if necessary. Bravo Mr. President. Nobody should feel untouchable.
