Regional foreign affairs ministers meet in Kigali

A meeting bringing together foreign affairs ministers from the Central African region is underway in Kigali. The meeting attracted participants from the member states of the United Nations Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa (UNSAC) who are deliberating on major security issues facing the sub-region, according to organisers.
