MPs should address the issue of unlicensed professionals

RE: “Medical council appeals to MPs over recruitment of unlicensed professionals” (The New Times, November 2). Thanks for bringing up this matter. The other professions suffer the same challenges. Capacity to regulate, do periodic inspections, apprehend the culprits and build the professional standards is lacking.
