Editor, RE: “Ombudsman seeks special court for corruption cases” (The New Times, January 10). I believe the law will still be the same even if a special court of desk is created. If there is lack of evidence in the ordinary courts, there will be in special courts. There is no need to spend money on courts that will produce the same results as the current ones—and there is no room for kangaroo courts in our country. Secondly, if someone really stole money, say from the government, how would it be possible to not find evidence in the first place? I suspect all legal cases against alleged money swindlers and due to suspicions and rumors. Seth
