Editor, RE: “Kagame hosts Young Presidents’ Organisation” (The New Times, November 19). Rwanda has really made tremendous progress in all sectors: good governance, healthcare, infrastructure development, to mention a few. A country that was once on the brink of extinction is now an example to the world. These are fruits of outstanding leadership skills of President and hero Paul Kagame.
