Indrajeet Singh, the Airtel commercial director, said the promotion is one of the ways the telecom rewards its customers. The firm entered the Rwanda telecom market over four years ago. “It is a gesture of appreciation to our customers and an engagement with them as this is not the first time we are doing this,” Singh said at launch of the promotion at the Airtel Service Centre in Nyabugogo on Thursday.

How to particpate

To participate in the promotion, send 1 to 155, and then follow prompts. However, each SMS will cost Rwf100. On entering the promotion, answer the questions that follow; and each right answer earns one 100 points; those who fail are given 50 points. The more the right questions one answers, the more chances of winning.
