The event organised by the RPF, will see party members choose their favourite candidate, who will represent the party in Rwanda’s presidential elections.

The song dubbed “Intore Izirusha Intambwe” was produced by two local music production houses ‘One Way’ and ‘Narrow Road’.

According to one of the artists, Intore Masamba, the single is about the achievements of President Paul Kagame during his seven-year mandate.

“President Kagame is the eligible candidate from RPF,” Masamba said. “We (artistes), who are members of the RPF party, want to give Kagame our full support as we wish him to win the elections.”

The performance will take place shortly after selecting the candidate in the morning.
