In reference to a letter written by Mr. David Muhumuza dated 12th February 2010, Tigo Rwanda would like to first thank him for his compliments on our 3.5G internet services enjoyed through our plug and play modems, and the flexibility offered by our low denomination scratch cards.
In regards to the seal of the latter making him uncomfortable when loading airtime, we would like to assure him that we shall be looking into the issue.
