KIBUYE continued their pursuit of returning to the top flight after a hard fought 1-0 win over Intare at Kamena stadium
Striker Emmanuel Minari scored the goal deep into injury time but Coach Hamza Rwabukwisi claims that his team would have scored more goals if the officiating was fair.

“The referee got some major decisions wrong throughout the match. We were denied two clear penalties in either half,” Rwabukwisi told Times Sport.

Zebres drew with Pepiniere (2-2), while Group A leaders Nyanza won 2-1 against Etoile de l’Est.

In Group B, La Jeunesse’s lead at the top was slashed to three points after being held to 1-1 draw by Stella Maris.

Muhanga also failed to get three points at home against Espoir (1-1), while Union and National University of Rwanda (UNR) won 2-1 against ISAE and Interforce respectively.
