I would like, through your paper, to raise the alarm about an urgent problem that seems to be ignored by all and sundry; those concerned have to do their jobs and put up road signs on the Gitarama-Kibuye road.
I make this call after an incident a few days back when a car ahead of us, which was traveling from Kibuye town towards Gitarama, almost ran down a gully.
The road, as most of you know it, is extremely winding but has not a single road sign post, that is, until you are close to Gitarama town.
That evening, my fellow countrymen and women survived a terrible accident on this road. Please do something.
