Tasty left over chicken

Procedure: Chop and mix chicken and cashews.Add bread and butter pickles and chives with 1/8 cup of pickle juice.

Ingredients:     

2 - 3 pounds of leftover de-boned baked Chicken   
1/2 cups of coarsely chopped fresh roasted cashew nuts   
1/2 cups of breadcrumbs and butter pickles and juice
1/2 cups of chopped fresh chives   
2 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise     
3 heaped tablespoons of Dijon mustard   
2 tablespoons curry powder   
1/2 teaspoon of salt   
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Procedure:

Chop and mix chicken and cashews.
Add bread and butter pickles and chives with 1/8 cup of pickle juice.

In a separate bowl, combine salt, pepper, curry powder, mustard and mayonnaise.

Add to chicken mixture and mix well. Have a healthy meal.
