The soap boasts of beautiful scenery and you can’t help but yearn to live there.

Destiny River is about the impossible love between brave Solano and secretive Estela. The honest and fearless Solano loses his father in what seems like an unusual circumstance at the banks of the Araguaia River.

Estela, an Indian woman, the widow of Solano’s father, decides to stay in town after her husband’s death and it creates a lot of complications. Her relationship with Solano grows intensely and it results into an impossible relationship.

Despite Estela’s love for Solano, she hides a boundless secret, together with her grandfather Ruriá, who are the last living descendants of indigenous tribe of the land. The secret is basically the need to kill Solano, the love of her life, in order to break the curse of her ancestors.

Even after discovering that his fate was marked by an ancient Indian curse cast upon his family, Solano decides to stay in the region to enjoy the passion with Estela and also stand up to the villain, Max Martinez, and defend his land.

Solano and Estela have to challenge the course of destiny and overcome the curse, although their love will be tested by several obstacles such as the gorgeous Manuela, daughter of Max Martinez, who falls in love with Solano. Estela‘s grandfather risked his life in order to save Estela and her unborn child.

Destiny River currently shows weekly on Star Times’ Fox at 7:00pm and has repeats at 4:00pm daily.
