A packet of pasta
4 tablespoons olive oil
A kilogram of fish fillet
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Tomatoes, onions and pepper diced
Get a saucepan with a relatively enough amount of water and boil it. Pout the packet of pasta to water and salt into the boiling water. Let the pasta boil for 12mins and then remove and drain it.
Get another large frying pan to cook the fish fillet. In the frying pan, put the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, add onions until they are crispy brown, add tomatoes and pepper then stir. When the mixture is tender, add the fish fillet. Avoid over stirring since the fish is tender.
After 15minutes pour the pasta in the frying pan and gently stir. Before serving slice the fresh cheese and sprinkle it on the pasta and fish and serve it when it is cool.
