Recipes for juices that help fight cancer

Juicing is the easiest way to get all the nutrients you need quick and easy, and the taste is good too. You can juice anything from carrots to butternut squash, zucchini to grapes and any other vegetables you love. Grab some fruits and mix them in too to get a great refreshing taste
I asked medical doctors and nutritionists; also did some research on the internet and these are what I found.

Carrot Juice
* 3 Large Carrots
* ½ Cucumber
* 1 tbs. of Cilantro
* 1 Apple
* 2 Celery Stalks
* 1c Spinach (can trade out other leafy greens such as kale)
* 1 dime size piece of Ginger
* ¼ Lemon squeezed

The Lean Green
* 2c Spinach
* 1 tbs. Parsley
* 1c Kale
* 1 Carrot
* 1 Zucchini
* ½ Cucumber
* 1c Wheat grass
* 1 Apple

Avocado mix
* 1 Avocado
* 2 tbs. crushed mint leaves
* ½ cup of water/milk
* 1 apple/ 1 c of strawberries
* Ice ( optional)

Fruit Booster
* 1c Strawberries
* ½c Raspberries
* ½c Blueberries
* ¼c Blackberries
* 1-2 Apples
* 1 Banana (optional if you want it smoothie like)
* 1c ice (optional)
* 1c Almond milk (optional if you want it smoothie like)

Tomato Juice
* 3 pounds very ripe garden tomatoes, cored, roughly chopped
* 1 1/4 cups chopped celery with leaves
* 1/3 cup chopped onion
* 2 Tbsp sugar (to taste)
* 1 teaspoon salt
* Pinch black pepper

Ginger/Lemon Cleanse
Ingredients:
* 1-inch slice Fresh Ginger Root
* 1 Fresh Lemon
* 6 Carrots with tops
* Apple
* Water

Blood Builder (Iron-enriched)
Ingredients:
* 2 bunches Grapes
* 6 Oranges
* 8 Lemons peeled
* 1/4 cup Honey
* Water

Procedure
You will need a blend mixer in making all these juices or smoothies.  When it comes to making these juices there is no certain order to be followed in the preparation, since all ingredients are supposed to be mixed anyway. A caution here though- you have to be careful and remove seeds in some of these fruits, before blending. Normally juices are sieved compared to smoothies. It is advised that sugar should be avoided at all costs in making these healthy juices, but honey is advisable – for it is a good cleansing agent.

We all know that it is very tempting to prepare easy foods like French fries. But if you are determined to do this and still get the nutrients you need, start a daily habit of juicing! Organic vegetables and fruits make very good juice ingredients.
