It doesn’t matter what day cream you use, younger looking skin needs an SPF 15 level of protection. It is advisable to use a moisturizer with built-in sun protection or apply sunscreen moisturizer in order to dilute the SPF15. Sun damage is the major cause of premature skin aging.
Make sure you are well informed on the products you buy. Most anti-aging products are formulated for mature skin. For younger people, the formula is dry and thin so it won’t be too heavy for the skins active oil glands. Try to look for oil-free moisturizer or lightweight gels or serum.
