In this issue, we talk to Donatila Kanimba, the Executive Secretary of the Rwanda Union of the Blind.  The amazing 52 year old blind woman is a role model for us all. She refused to let her disability become an inability. And she is using her gifts to highlight the challenges similarly blind Rwandans face.
