In this issue, we talk to Josephine Mukankusi, an agricultural entrepreneur. She is one of the few women dominating the Irish potato business but she is much more than merely a businesswoman. She is a guiding light in rural development.

Our own relationship guru, Rachel Garuka, discusses what she calls ‘emotional unavailability’ and how women can deal with men who display symptoms of it.
