Try combing you hair before going to bed. You can put some hair oil and then style it the way you want it and put a head scarf or hair net. This will help you style it easily in the morning.
Wash your skin before going to bed. Most of us skip this part yet we have makeup on our faces. Try cleaning your skin first with cleansers to remove any remaining make up and then rinse it properly with clean water.
Do not eat bread, cookies, and cakes at night. Sugar at night will make you bloated and swollen in the morning. You could try some salads or yoghurt at night if you do not want to have dinner.
Do some relaxation at night; try some meditation for a few minutes just before going to bed. This slows your heart rate and gives you some sense of calmness during your sleep. You will wake up feeling better because you slept better.
