A Wolf found great difficulty in getting to the sheep because of the vigilance of the shepherd and his dogs. But one day he found the wool of a sheep that had been shaved and thrown aside, so he put it on over his own hide and strolled down among the sheep.
The wolf managed to lead a lamb to a far off distance where he gobbled her up in minutes. Because of the sheep’s wool, he was able to do the same thing over and over again. The sheep didn’t notice that once one left, it never came back. And for some time he succeeded in deceiving the sheep, and enjoying hearty meals.
