Games and sports time

In order to remain healthy and physically fit, we (children) have to get involved into different games and sports. There are different games we can do to keep strong and healthy, among these games we have, football, athletics, Basket ball, Tennis, swimming, etc.

If you cannot run or play football, you may choose to play golf or involve in simple but educative sports activities at school. Among the activities we can do to keep our selves busy and active are; sliding on swings, driving toy cars and skipping ropes.
