The equity market recorded a total turnover of Rwf125,000 from 1,100 shares that exchanged hands in two deals, according to the Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) daily market report for Monday. On the Bank of Kigali counter, 100 shares changed hands in one deal, bringing in a total turnover of Rwf30,000. The counter closed at Rwf300, unchanged from the previous trading session on Friday. I&M Bank was also stable, trading at Rwf95 and the lender recorded a total turnover of Rwf95,000 from 1,000 shares traded in one deal. Both Rwanda Share Index and the All Share Index remained unchanged compared to Friday’s trading session, closing at 134.97 and 133.42 points, respectively. The other equities counters closed as follows: Bralirwa Rwf149; Crystal Telecom Rwf65; Equity Bank Rwf350; NMG Rwf1,200; KCB Rwf340 and Uchumi Supermarkets Rwf104. Meanwhile, Rwf28.9 million worth of bonds was traded in one deal on the bond marker. The FXD3/2015/5-year traded at Rwf105 compared to Rwf105.04 recorded on Friday. The RSE market capitalisation was Rwf2.935 trillion, unchanged from Friday’s trading session.
