France should help bring Genocide perpetrators on its soil to justice

Editor, RE: “French activists file case against Genocide suspect” (The New Times, January 3). France should close the respite granted to Genocide perpetrators. Besides the role it played in the planning and execution of the Genocide against the Tutsi, France has been a safe haven for Genocide perpetrators.
