Contractors should do their job professionally
This lack of professionalism can be too costly for the city and its citizens. Just imagine the financial damage caused by a lack of internet in the city. Contractors sometimes think of accomplishing the work in the shortest time possible and neglect to supervise their engineers. This could have been avoided.
