Editor, RE: “Uwizeye finishes 2nd at 2017 Tour of Eritrea” (The New Times, April 24). Rwanda is fast catching up with Eritrea in the sport of cycling. Rwandan riders demonstrated at this year’s edition of the Tour of Eritrea what they are made of and how fast they have been progressing in the sport. Well done, Rwanda! And with Rwanda having an ambassador accredited to Asmara, the cultural exchange between these two countries will go to the next level.
