My players are aware that they will have to be focused throughout the game to avoid the mistakes of the earlier (corresponding) fixture,” said Nshimiyimana. Andrew Chibi Ibe’s Sunrise FC beat AS Kigali 1-0 on match day one at the same venue before the latter’s home ground in Nyagatare was cleared by FERWAFA to host league matches due to poor condition. The lone goal was netted by striker Cyprien Sinamenye.
