Dear Miss Mutesi, Please accept my hearty congratulations on your great achievement as the winner of Miss Rwanda 2016! We have been following closely the contest and can well imagine the tremendous amount of preparation that has gone into winning this most prestigious award. We have noticed that you have won a RwandAir ticket to any destination. Dubai is one such destination.
