Sugira to lead Team Rwanda at continental athletics tourney
Kenya-based middle-distance runner, James Sugira will captain the national junior team at the forthcoming CAA African Junior Athletics Championships scheduled for March 4-8 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
