Bayingana blasts teams for snubbing Tour du Rwanda over Ebola fears

Rwanda Cycling Federation (Ferwacy) president Aimable Bayingana has called a decision by three cycling teams to pull out of the Tour du Rwanda due to Ebola fears as 'ridiculous and shameful.'
