The bourse was quiet yesterday, with no shares sold, the Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) daily market report indicates. Over the past week, Bank of Kigali was the most active counter. The bank’s shares closed at Rwf298 each yesterday, down by Rwf2 compared to Rwf300 the previous Monday. The Bralirwa counter also shed Rwf5 to Rwf369 yesterday compared to Rwf374 on Monday last week. The RSE Share Index declined to 231.71 points yesterday from 232.12 points last Monday. On the bond market, there was an outstanding bid for 500,000 shares for the government’s five-year Treasury bond at Rwf100 each.
