Editor. REFER TO President Paul Kagame’s remarks at the Northern Corridor Integration Projects Summit in Kampala, Uganda on February 20. That speech just shows why he is considered among a rare breed of African leaders. His ability to put citizen interests first and ensuring that whatever he does is in the best interests of the people he serves is next to none. I am proud to associate with the leadership in the country of a thousand hills. One can only wonder what would happen if you had similar governments in countries that are so blessed with abundant natural resources on the continent!
