Korea, Rwanda partnership to boost ICTs

URUGWIRO VILLAGE - A 12 member Korean delegation yesterday paid a courtesy call on President Paul Kagame at Urugwiro Village where they discussed strategies of partnering and promoting the development ICTs in the country. The head of the delegation and president of Konkukk University of Korea, Dr. Oh Myung, expressed great enthusiasm in this cooperation saying that any country would wish to partner with Rwanda. “Your country has developed so rapidly and many countries or even people want to participate in its historical development, so do I,” Myung said. Another Korean official, Prof. Jung Suk Ryou also said that forging such a partnership will boost greatly the use of ICT in the country.
