TENDER NOTICE: The British Council

The British Council is delivering a project for the Government of Rwanda to improve the teaching and learning of English to lower primary school pupils. For this project we will be issuing books to teachers and school pupils in Rwanda. The British Council will be producing print-ready files and is looking to source the services of a printer. No design or print management services are required. At the time of issuing this tender the final design is not known.
