Lowly Pepiniere FC pile more misery on APR FC

The 16-time record league champions APR came into the second half determined to find an equalizer. Coach Jimmy Mulisa replaced forward Patrick Sibomana with Maxime Sekamana, as APR piled more pressure on Pepiniere. In the 75th minute, Sekamana equalized for APR after a nice footwork between Innocent Nshuti and Eric Tuyishime before giving a nice through ball to Sekamana who fired a powerful shot inside the net to bring them back into the game. Mulisa’s side tried to search for a winning goal, but the relegation threatened Pepiniere denied them any chance.
