I would like to congratulate Professor Silas Rwakabamba for being appointed minister of infrastructure. Iam hopeful that he will make it because he is a man of high calibre. He was my rector at KIST and by then KIST reached the highest climax. Currently, see how the NUR looks like.

Bringing Minister Albert NSENGIYUMVA back in TVET as a State Minister is one of the best decisions taken ever. Our President has comfirmed that he has got informed advisors! He is the man that worked on TVET FROM SCRATCH to where the system is now. It was high time TVET becomes a priority by having a strong minister like Albert taking charge. We are greatful that he is back to TVET after transforming the Infrastructure ministry. I wish him success in his new office. We need to also see in the next reshuffle a state minister incharge of Tourism Mr. President. Bravo our dear President!
