One has to concur with Foreign Affairs Minister Louis Mushikiwabo’s view that only regional efforts can restore peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), given the fact that neighbouring countries have the greatest stake in putting out the eternal fires that erupt so often in that godforsaken country.
Editor, It almost makes you feel sorry for the poor imperialists watching all this win-win cooperation power ahead in spite of their spoiling, destabilising efforts.
Editor, Security is vital. If you want to know the value of security, try insecurity and you will see. Whether you have Bugesera (airport) or not, passengers, crew and the general public need to be protected by all means.
