Looks like renowned Rwandan producer, Pastor P (real names Bugingo Ndanga Patrick) has taken a step forward in the music world. The music producer, who runs Narrow Road Records we’ve learnt, is now working on Lokua Kanza’s next album.

Pastor P who just returned from France were he was doing a music production course will be going back very soon to wrap up work on Lokua Kanza’s  8th album that will be released late this year. Aprt from Lokua Kanza, he’s also working with five other prominent musicians in France.

In Rwanda, Pastor P is doing songs for many Rwandan artistes including up coming artiste Maria Carine and Two 4Real.

Lokua Kanza performed at last year’s Kigali Up festival is a singer-songwriter from the Democratic Republic of the Congo known for his soulful, folksy sound. As well as singing in churches. Lokua Kanza sings in French, Swahili, Lingala, Portuguese, and English.
