Cyber laws critical
Editor,
I have learnt that regional states are working on ways of enacting harmonised cyber laws to holistically address challenges of the increasing reliance on ICT for commercial and administrative activities.
It is a good step for the whole of east Africa to go electronic. My country Tanzania must change fast and embrace ICT. Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda have implemented ICT policies. We should take a leaf from these countries, especially Rwanda.
