Editor, I read with keen interest a story regarding the opening of Butaro Cancer Centre which will not only serve Rwanda but the region as a whole. This is really great for everybody.

Editor, Allow me to respond to an article that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes titled “US aid cut ‘based on misinformation’. I know US’s move is based on the UN report, which was lacking and with no evidence against Rwanda.

Editor, Not so many months a go, the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA), the Ministry of Finance, and the Chamber of Tourism in the Private Sector Federation, signed contracts between the government and Hoteliers for a partnership in hosting public employees while on special assignments.
