Recover stolen funds
Editor,
Yesterday, The New Times ran a story under the headline, “Mystery over Camerwa’s alleged Rwf 2 billion loss”. Since there appears to be contradictions on whether the funds were indeed lost or not, the prosecution should move in and establish the truth. It is important that the public is informed of the outcome.
If it is established that some people misappropriated the funds, then justice must be dispensed.
The culprits should be brought to book and the stolen taxpayers’ money recovered. We must sustain the fight against corruption if we are to attain our desired development goals, as a nation.
