Editor, After a long day of hard work, the next thing you want to hear is going home. But getting a taxi or a bus in Kigali these days is becoming a nightmare. You have to fight to get one and woe to those who can’t put up a good fight!

Editor, I have worked with several institutions and have discovered that most have not yet realised that motivating employees is very crucial. Employers and managers need to realise that motivation and giving their employees a good pay increases profits for their companies.

Editor, On July 4, Rwandans celebrated 18 years since the country was liberated. The liberation struggle was launched in 1990 against a genocidal regime. Eighteen years down the road, Rwanda has achieved a lot. The government has, in such short time, produced unbelievable results, and united all Rwandans.

Editor, Over the last 18 years, I have noticed that Rwandan women have increasingly played a significant role in the country’s transformation.
