Editor, I would like to convey my congratulations to the Kigali Public Library leadership for the work well done. After reading the article, ‘Kigali Public Library now operational’

Editor, First and foremost, I wish to commend the Rwandan Government and Rwandans in general for the successful conduct of Gacaca trials.  Gacaca courts have left behind an amazing and exemplary legacy to Rwanda and the wider world.

Editor, This is with reference to the article published in The New Times, June 20, titled “The Truth about Rwanda” by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Louise Mushikiwabo.

Editor, After reading your story, “MPs question quality of education,” (The New Times, June, 21), I felt compelled to add my voice.  I think there is an issue of training teachers.
