Letters

I recently read an article in this paper about Congolese citizens who pelted MONUSCO peacekeepers with stones because of their frustration as a result of this UN force’s failure to protect them.
I wish to respond to an article, titled, “Easiest ways to cut down on spending,” that appeared in The New Times’ Business Magazine yesterday. In Kigali people are facing a huge problem of contributions for weddings.
I wish to respond to Joseph Rwagatare’s opinion which appeared in yesterday’s issue of The New Times, under the title, Rwanda’s independence golden jubilee – what’s that? I must state that I agree with Joseph.
Allow me to react to a story titled, Capital market players target SACCO funds, published in yesterday’s Business Magazine of The New Times.
