Editor, This is with reference to the article in the education section of The New Times of May, 7, titled “ Liberalisation risks eroding education standards”
Editor, It’s obvious that Rwanda’s focus on persons with disabilities (PWDs) has greatly improved in the last 18 years, and I wish to commend the government for that. For instance, construction rules have been revisited to integrate the needs of PWDs.
Editor, Allow me to add my voice to an article by Diana Mpyisi, “Rwandan weddings and a savings culture”, published in The New Times on Tuesday. This was a very relevant article indeed.
