Editor, For how long will innocent civilians in our region suffer? For instance, The Sudans Presidents Omar el-Bashir and Salva Kiir have failed to end their differences and, as a result, their people have continued to suffer.

Editor, I read in The New Times of yesterday a story that Police forces of Rwanda and Burundi had agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation as a way of eliminating threats of emerging cross-border crimes.

Editor, Combating drug abuse is a community responsibility. This means that our children belong to us and it’s everybody’s duty to help the youth develop into responsible and productive citizens.

Editor,  I wish to react to a story that appeared in The New Times yesterday about the differences that have emerged between the Speakers of the East African Community (EAC) partner states over whether or not to fast track the integration process.
