Editor, For how long will innocent civilians in our region suffer? For instance, The Sudans Presidents Omar el-Bashir and Salva Kiir have failed to end their differences and, as a result, their people have continued to suffer.
Editor, I read in The New Times of yesterday a story that Police forces of Rwanda and Burundi had agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation as a way of eliminating threats of emerging cross-border crimes.
Editor, Combating drug abuse is a community responsibility. This means that our children belong to us and it’s everybody’s duty to help the youth develop into responsible and productive citizens.
