Whoever thought about the idea of introducing smart head covers for motorcycle taxi clients had come up with a great idea. If I remember well, the initial instructions for the headgears issued given sometime last year.
Editor, I read with shock a story in The New Times of yesterday under a headline “Billions lost in graft cases”. Unlawful diversion of funds cannot be tolerated in Rwanda.

I wish to use your paper to appeal to all Rwandans to donate blood. This can be done regularly by visiting hospitals. I have seen some employees of companies like MTN donate blood which is a noble initiative and must be emulated by all of us.
Editor, The recent transfers to Rwanda of Genocide suspects jean Bosco Uwinkindi and Leon Mugesera were a strong signal that criminals cannot go scot free, no matter how long they could attempt to beat the law.
