Court due to rule on scribe bail application

The bail ruling in the case of Epaphrodite Habarugira, a journalist with  Radio Huguka, is set to be passed today.


The journalist allegedly made statements which reflect the genocide ideology during the April 22 news bulletin live on radio.


The ruling was expected to be delivered yesterday but the Judge postponed it to 3 pm today, citing power cuts and work overload.
