Court rejects Ntaganda’s appeal

This morning, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal filed by the leader of PS-Imberakuri, Bernard Ntaganda.

Ntaganda had contested the four-year jail term handed down to him by the High Court early this year. He wanted the Supreme Court to overturn the High Court ruling.

“The reasons for his appeal are not convincing and the High Court ruling still stands,” presiding Judge, Immacule Nyirinkwaya said
